With over 10 years of experience in Real Estate, Mr. Pramod Lundia, Mr. Arun Lundia and Mr. Shyamal Dey founded Star
Abasan Pvt. Ltd. on 25th Feb 2008. On 1st April 2010 the Company took over the business of M/s Star Shelter, partnership firm of Mr. Pramod Lundia and
Mr. Shyamal Dey.
The forte of the company is Building, Developing, Promoting and contracting of residential, commercial, shopping, housing complexes and Hotels. As of
March 31st, 2013, the team has completed over 40 real estate projects covering about 9.6 Lacs Square Feet of area with
worth of Rs. 14,500 Lacs. Currently, the company has 5 projects in pipeline which is estimated to cover about 4.5 Lacs Square Feet of area
worth Rs. 11225 lacs and 3 Major upcoming projects about 3.5 lacs Square Feet of area
estimated worth of Rs. 15000 Lacs. The company has also started a joint venture project with West Bengal Social Welfare Board in Salt Lake area,
construction work of which will start very soon.
Star Abasan is an active member of CREDAI Bengaland participate in every event and meets of the organization.
Star Abasan's superior execution capability is one of its core strengths. On 9th March, 2013,the company received the prestigious Indian
Construction & Design Award by Indian Economic Development & Research Associationon the occasion of National Seminar on "National Economic
Development & Social Responsibility".

The operations of the company are directly under the overall supervision of a top-level management team comprising of the Directors of the firm.
A highly qualified and professional team of executives, assistants, supervisors and managerial personnel ably associates them.
Pramod Lundia, Director of the company aged about 60 years is Commerce Graduate and Company Secretary (Inter).He has been entrusted with the
responsibility to supervise the implementation of the all projects. He has pioneered in administration and Marketing and overall in charge
in his capacity as Senior Director. His vast experience of handling various types of Business under LUNDIA GROUP of companies and excellent
communication skill ensures better prospect and is an asset of the company.
Mr. Arun Lundia, Director of the company aged about 55 years is commerce graduate and ICWA (Cost Accountant). He has been entrusted with the
responsibility of Purchases and Finance. His vast experience in planning and cost control is a big bonus to the company. He has successfully led the company
through most of its challenging times and enabled it to emerge stronger. He is the backbone of the Company and possesses versatility and a strong leadership
quality.
Mr. Shyamal Dey, Director of the company aged about 50 years is a Commerce Post-graduate. He has got vast experience of managing the business
of real estate development under his proprietorship firm M/s Kalpataru Construction. He possesses a rich experience in different sectors like planning,
execution and controls the departments like purchase, marketing and implementation of projects. The firm has utilized his services to achieve ambitious plans
to set a firm footing in the domestic real estate market.
Punit Lundia, Director of the company aged 32 years is a B.Tech. Graduate. He loves challenging works and is very much interested in launching
new projects. He has experience of 5 years working with MNC Company. He has been entrusted with the responsibility to supervise the implementation of the
project. He has pioneered in administration and was overall in charge of the project. He is an integral part of the new vision to move the company forward.
